Large flexible office space converted from disused farm building
This project involved the conversion of a historic 5,000 sq. ft steel frame agricultural barn into new offices at Unit 10, Pinkers Court, a successful office development just off the A38, Alveston, South Gloucestershire.
The conversion led to the creation of a spacious building which can either offer one large office space or be divided into separate spaces.
Structurally, it was an interesting scheme as PRO Structures had to justify the existing steelwork for the revised cladding loads, usage and we changed the external layout to allow for multiple doors, window and access points for office use.
