On the original site for this beautiful property stood a small bungalow which was demolished and replaced with this splendid new build with beautiful views across the Severn Estuary.
The main structural challenges for this project were to design the steel framing around the large glazed openings on the front elevation. The steel frame needed to be designed to resist the high coastal winds as well as fix onto the basement retaining walls.
This project is expected to start on site in July.
