Happy New Year! We are delighted – and not a little relieved! – to be able to say that now there is positive news in terms of the Covid vaccine we have all been waiting for, and certainty at least with regard to Brexit, that our order book is filling fast.
One of our exciting schemes to roll in is the conversion/renovation of four warehouses on Quay Street, Haverfordwest, into 9 spacious flats with undercroft ground floor parking.
Meanwhile, Union House – a disused 1970s office building in Trowbridge where we have used 3D modelling to design a new storey on both the front and rear elevations to create 15 new apartments – is coming up to completion – CGI below! Something to celebrate in 2021; keep strong and we will get through this together…
