A new community in Stonehouse built by Redrow

Situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, just minutes from the M5, this exciting new development marks a major expansion for Stonehouse that will create a whole new community over the next few years. This is the first phase of a larger plan which will ultimately incorporate a dedicated primary school, health centre, shops and sports facilities. This is your opportunity to get in on a ground breaking new project in a highly sought-after location.

PRO Structures has completed the structural design for 69 new homes for this first phase of the scheme, which facilitates Redrow’s high spec Heritage collection – inspired by the classic looks of the 1930s and featuring Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), minimising the need for painting or maintenance. Around half of these homes have needed piled foundations due to tree preservation requirements for medium-volume change potential clay soils.

The current phase will be built during this year and next, helping Redrow in their task to deliver much needed new housing stock in a growth area along the M5 corridor.
