Sainsbury’s glazing, a pub conversion in Chepstow, and a residential development over a railway line
Sainsbury’s Bradley Stoke – we are currently working on verification designs for the structural glazing on this new store, taking into account the mullion, transom and fixing brackets back to the main structure. Our client is Advanced Automotive Access Ltd.
Bridge Inn, Bridge Street, Chepstow – we are currently completing our sub- and superstructure design for 2 detached town houses needing piled foundations, with traditional load-bearing masonry walls, plus timber flooring and roofing, for client Mr Gerry Andrews.
Searle Court Avenue – our substructure design work is about to start in accordance with network rail requirements on this site in Brislington for Highridge Construction, as the west coast main line passes at great depth under part of the site. The development will comprise 9 two-storey detached and semi-detached houses.
