PRO Structures Ltd assisted both our client Stuart Flynn and architect Avec Design Ltd to deliver the superstructures and substructures for this development of eight detached, two-storey homes in the village of Langford, in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside.
This development will involve piled foundations with suspended concrete ground beams due to poor ground conditions, and has an approximate build cost in excess of £1.5 million. The piled substructure build is currently underway.
