We are thrilled to introduce a couple of our latest project in:
– Developing the car park area behind the Bridge Inn in Chepstow to create a pair of new two-bedroom duplex apartments, with a ground floor undercroft plus living accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floors – the living space will be designed in timber frame on piled foundations.
– At Morley House for Freeways Trust in Bristol (pictured below), we are carrying out structural adaptations to refurbish the property, previously a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities. It will be converted for use as supported living accommodation, which will involve changing the layout, adjusting floor levels for accessibility and designing in an enclosed staircase. This fascinating scheme is due to start on site in January 2020 and the refurbished facility will house six residents with a learning disability in one bedroom flats.
