Construction started in January 2024 on one new 405 sq mtr and two new 200 sq mtr buildings for commercial lets. Back in 2021, PRO Structures was asked to undertake the sub and superstructure design for the erection of these 3No. steel portal frame buildings.
Completion of this project is scheduled for the end of this year, and the scheme is valued at approximately £1.25 million.
