Our third luxury development of five bespoke villas for Charlcombe Homes is on site, with the substructure finished and the superstructure underway. It is located close to their previous schemes, Crown Hill and Lansdown Ridge, which have both been completed and their lucky owners taken up residence! This has been a complex job, involving innovative ICF concrete form construction for excellent airtightness, built on a steeply sloping site with marginal stability, which meant the houses have needed high retaining walls and piled foundations – we worked closely with Core Geotechnics and Cementation Piling to ensure we designed the best solutions in the ground. Each villa is likely to be sold for upwards of £1m.
