This new development for UKS Ltd will create 21 new homes, mainly 3 bedroom semi detached properties, in 4 house types, all in timber frame on piled foundations due to poor ground. PRO Structures have provided tender substructure design for the client to tender against proprietary piled systems. Construction is due to start in May 2023.
