We are delighted to be involved with designing the structural elements of this amazing change of use scheme at 1 Kewstoke Road, Weston Super Mare, North Somerset. Beachland Developments’ vision is to turn this former shop, built fully into the ground, into a stunning home with kitchen, dining, lounge and patio/garden areas that have far reaching sea views over the Bristol Channel. The lower level will have subterranean bedrooms/bathrooms. We are currently seeking approval in principle for the retaining wall to the highway with North Somerset District Council so that piling can get underway in summer 2024
