Construction has completed on a large (215 sqm, 4-bed) new single storey dwelling, shown below with a framed terrace as well as a liveable loft space. The build made use of sustainable Durisol ICF blocks for the external walls and blockwork masonry walls for the internal walls, beam and block ground floor.
Also of interest in this £300,000 scheme for Gibson Architecture were the specialist-designed attic trusses and terrace framing constructed of steel support beams and columns.
