Great to see that our completed Pembroke Road, Shirehampton scheme for Alliance Homes to provide 16 new affordable units has been shortlisted in two categories – Transformation and Residential Development – at the Bristol Property Awards.
Our design to replace the existing second floor with a lightweight alternative made it both easier and more cost-effective in build terms. Meanwhile, we also worked with Alliance on designs for of a new 3-storey apartment building situated on adjacent land.
A great scheme to have been involved in with a positive and collaborative approach taken by all of the project team.
