In an exciting new development for PRO Structures, we are proud to have been appointed to assist Curo, who manage housing stock for B&NES, and UWE’s Estates Department.

Curo, a housing association and house-builder based in Bath, manages over 13,000 homes and is building hundreds of new homes every year. Their range of property includes everything from starter homes to Grade I listed buildings, and we are providing structural assistance to modernise and convert the basements of some of these Georgian listed buildings into rentable flats. It’s a fascinating and challenging scheme for us as we endeavour to enable our client to maximise space internally without compromising the historic nature of the buildings, and we hope this will lead to a long and successful relationship with them.
Meanwhile we are providing UWE’s Estates department with structural advice as they aim to convert existing teaching blocks into new facilities, with high tech requirements such as an IT suite and optometry centre, modernizing and improving their facilities for our age. Exciting times for us as much as for them!
