The Shant
This former pub has now been demolished to make way for 10 semi-detached plots which will be built into two-storey private homes for Highridge Construction. We are proud to have provided the reinforced concrete substructure design, working with GeoTesting Services Ltd to ensure that the foundations can bridge over potential 2m wide voids on a site historically associated with mining.
7a Bell Hill
This three-storey building comprising 4 one- and two-bedroom apartments, for which we also designed the substructure elements, is now half built. Our client on this scheme is Nelson Developments and is scheduled to be completed in November.
