We’re proud to have completed the structural design for 69 new homes for Redrow (SW) in Nupend, near Stroud – around half of which have needed piled foundations due to tree preservation requirements. The new dwellings will be 3-4 bedrooms as well as a statutory amount of affordable homes.
The development is the first phase of a larger scheme, and this current phase will be built during this year and next, helping Redrow in their task to deliver much needed new housing stock in a growth area along the M5 corridor. Once complete, this development of Great Oldbury will be part of a new, wider community including a primary school, health care centre, sports facilities and shopping area. We are proud of our ongoing relationship with Redrow and wish them every success with this venture.
